Seminar Information
Training seminars are a part of the Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) of the Alabama T2 Center, using the expertise of professionals from throughout the region. Topics covered in the past have included LRFD Steel Bridge Design, Basics of Soils with Geotechnical Applications, Concrete: Permanent Solutions from the Ground Up, Standards of Practice for Surveying in Alabama, Unpaved Roads, The Role of Surveyors and Engineers in Geographic Information Systems, Temporary Traffic Control for Cities and Counties, and The Pincushion Effect or the Multiple Monument Dilemma in Surveying. These seminars are taught at locations throughout Alabama.
